G.A.S. will be there. Can't quite figure out what to bring for inventory though after S.E.
I thought attendance was down (the limited time I was there), and it seemed people were buying smaller items or picking up pre-sold parts, but not much else.
So many vendors with similar copied parts or designs with no logic to them.

You wouldn't be the fellow that substantially modified it prior to putting it on would you? Of course you are, because nobody else has complained. The design is the design for a reason. If you want to modify it to make it look like the poorly designed ones out there (thus defeating the purpose of buying from me), then yes, it will bend.
That is why I offered to buy the other two you purchased as long as they were not modified. But you didn't want to sell them back.

THE WELDS BROKE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BACK PART OF THE DP AND BENT FORWARD. HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HALO. IF THE HALO WAS NOT ON THERE IT WOULD HAVE BENT WORSE. I RUN ONE OF SCOTTS DISTRIBUTOR PROTECTORS WITH THE CARB HALO, FIT PERFECT AND NO, THERES NO NEED TO REMOVE PART OF THE FIREWALL TO INSTALL IT. BEAT BACK THE FIREWALL AS WE ALL HAVE LEARNED TO DO, AND DONT COMPLAIN WHEN YOU MODIFY SOMETHING FROM ITS ORIGINAL DESIGN AND OR INTENT....

NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, AND I WILL GIVE YOU A DIPLOMATIC REPLY AS IT SEEMS I AM OFFENSIVE TO SOME MEMBERS WITH MY BRASHNESS. I HAVE RUN A GROPP D.P. AND CARB PROTECTOR COMBO, OTH CARS IT HAS BEEN ON HAD THE FRONTS USED 9 HITS OUT OF 10, BOTH HUMPS GOOSENECKED BACK ON THE FRAME SO MUCH THAT THE D.P. PUSHED THE FIREWALL BACK TO THE DASH BAR, WHERE IT STOPPED. IT DIDNT BEND THE BACK PLATE BETWEEN THE TRANS AND ENGINE, DIDNT BEND THE HALO TABS, DIDNT BEND THE CARB PROTECTOR... IT DIDNT BEND..... BUT, I DIDNT MODIFY MINE, MAYBE THAT IS THE PROBLEM YOU HAD WITH YOURS. THATS AS HONEST AND DIPLOMATIC AS I CAN BE..
