well there are two derbies this day and im trying to decide which one to go watch. has anyone heard anything about how many cars will be there? Talked with the promoter, he has had alot of calls. Not sure who all is running, but he has a nice show down in Gibson Co. each year. I'm making the 2hour drive to watch. |

Little bit of rain will just keep them from watering the track. Heading out about 1pm today. Looks like rain will be done by then. Ready to see some good action. Just talked with the promoter again, he knows of several coming. Should a be a decent show. John said that he and the Oakland City Promoter sat down over the winter and are using the same rules this year.
O ya John had no clue about this site. He will be on next week. You know how it is the day of a derby, so he probablly won't have time to get on here before the show.

Reports of 22 cars.
Severe weather in the area. Tornado warnings. But weather starting to clear.

Still heavy rain but the small hail is gone. It will be a great show if it takes place.
