congrats to the winners! i had a pretty good idea i was soon to be out of luck when the other 2 cars left came on the same trailer lol. seems my msd module thought so too when it took a poop. wanna thank my crew for helping get my fiance's car done.... 4th place in her first car.... and we started building it on tuesday... very proud of you babe! ... also BIG thanks to the Leadfoot guys for running a great show. It's about time we get a decent promoter around here who actually sticks to the rules.

Fun show, good to meet several new people. John deffinatly has something to work with at this place. The rain did kill the show as there were several hitters here. Nothing you can do about that. I did have a first at this show.... First time I have ever been laying under a car and herd tornado sirens. That was fun. Thanks Mark for all of the weather updates. You guys were truely class acts.

A $25 pit pass is pretty fair these days for non-county-fair shows.

Compare the price to what the folks pay at the roundy-round tracks where it's usually $25-40 to get in the pits.
There is also the problem of the actual number of people in the pits. In the days of 40+ cars a promoter could get by with a lower pit fee. Car counts have been down and now the total attendance is shrinking as well. The money has to be made up somewhere.
