michigan guys go back to take the money , i believe there is only one michigan guy complaining about it and i am sure he wont run there .......we will take the money even if it takes them disquilifing a cheated up car  ,,,,derby73 will you run southbend ? most likely not so maybe you should stop making yourself look stupid in your threads or just suck it up and go to southbend with a legal car and show them boys whats up  ?? ^ does it really matter? just find it funny as heck then after the september show every michigan guy was saying how they get screwed all the time but they all still come back. |

go getcha a car build it to the rules which are on pg 1 of this thread and come on down and play! Be sure and stop @ walmart on ur way and get ya a box or 2 of kleenex cause judging by every post u have made on this thread I'm almost positive ur gonna need it by the time its all over!

No need to apoligize ur right this is a derby site. But to get on here and do nothing but bash the track/promoters with all the negative comments uve made.... Dude ur not helpin the derby world one bit. Our car counts are way down here as well as everywhere else in the country, and I myself suffer from the derby addiction so I'm not ready to give it up yet. So tht said trying to turn drivers away from running a show tht u will prolly never come too again is ludicris and pretty soon the promotors r gonna say the heck with it and next thing ull no we will nolonger have a place to run!!! thanks

Dennis I could tell you many times of post derby inspections that went the same way as last yr. As did the Halloween show when Michaels car had some "Trick" trailing arms on a 98-02 but what do I know... Just as the Inspectors they know what their not looking for. The only one who know anything is Stevie.

Yeah ya Huggie wipe from Justin Lintz himself so if you want to start running your mouth about one of your buddies go a head and do it. Dennis someday you will understand when that track is no longer and you cant blame the drivers no more that it was the management. Well maybe you will if you will ever see the big pictures.

I'm not sure where you get that im running my mouth about Justin? The way I see it is in northern Indiana there is one asphalt track and a few county fairs most of which are ran by the worst promoter in the history of the sport. (international) so I would much rather junk cars at south bend where I have been going since I was 3yrs old than run at the lower paying most inconsistant shows in the u.s.

So if you have been going to SBMS since you have 3 or 5 heck you remember the Russ Mudget screwing for having one too many srands of wires on one bile of his hood. Or the Kevin Leslie one where they let him thru inspection with a weld I believe it was front core support and he won and samething. Or Todd Bramer with shortened trailing send and won. Or the time one of Kowalski's krones changed his number in the pit with his buddies car that was unscathed. Now Dennis tell me where this is such a great track record for such a great place to run. Yeah all was in the Mike Bird era but look at the very first Derby they ran samething....

I remember that stuff too Ballzbe, I also remember the mike bird era. I have been trying to work with the track for a better inspection process. I personally bought a bore scope to try to change the way they do things. If there are things you dont like about the way its ran running down the show on here is not the way to change the things you dont like. E-mailing Steve brown is how you change it. They will listen to the drivers without us they dont have a show and they realize that.
