3 car Team Derby- *tleast a 2 day show!
Automobiles allowed 2 cars must be 1978 newer to 2002 and you can run 1 old iron car, wagon ,imperial,03 newer is considered old iron but must be built to the rules.all 03 newers must be able to see in side frame.. No tucked wagons.
You must be at least 16 years old to run this Derby and Parent must sign waiver ..
Derby starts at 3pm on Saturday inspection starts at noon..Depending on car count will decide if 2 day show..Thank you for your support...
1.At any time of event if any offical rules a car unsafe it will disqualified.
2.T.S.P. and Fairgrounds or track owner will not be responsible for cars or parts left behind!!
3.If a vehicle is found illegal there will be no refunds of entry or pit passes!!But no cars will be D.Q.ed after show is over if TSP misses it that is TSPs fault not driver or builder.
4.Drivers meeting will be held 1/2 BEFORE show starts.
5.All injuries must be reported before you leave event!
6.No tire law ,run what ya brung on tires.
7.Back bumper will nt be higher then 22in. and no lower then 14in.front no higher then 25in.
8.Valve steam protectors ok!!but if look unsafe TSP will tell to cut them.
9.Any after market driveshaft is ok!
10.Cage you may run halo with rollover bar, Roller bar may go strait down to frame and can weld to frame but only 10 inchs behind middle door post on 2 door back of door is post area.gastank protector cannt be attached to back firewall but can touch it.No kickers ! only roof bar can be strait down welded to frame.
11.You may weld trunk lid solid and tuck it!!qaurters must stay up

12.You may run back window bar but not past trunk line..
13. Door cant be welded solid must 4in gap between welds or plates...PLATES CAN ONLY BE 4X4 IN SIZE...no adding metal to quarter panels
14. front window bar cant be attacked to engine or cradles or protectors in anyway ..
15.Motor can only be wire or chained no solid chains or metal to hold cradles down ..You may run full engine cradles but not to strength frame!!!!!you know what i mean...
16.No radiator gards..
17.You may weld angel or strait stock all away across the top of rad support ..1/4 in.
18.Frames may tipped in what ever way you want as long as you dont add any steel!!!!!No filling holes in frame!!A-arms forward can be welded...
19. Max 5/8 body bolts..
20.A-arms maybe welded bolted solid!!you may add metal to a-arms to weld solid..
21.On used cars you may only have 6 3x3 fix it plates only on used cars..
22.22in Hump plates on 78 to 02 cars and old iron cars with no leaf springs!
23.No you cannot Leaf a non leafed car!!
24.You may weld washers in body bolt holes.
25.You may have solid suspension..
26. Any rearend 8 lug or smaller
27.1in. ALL THREAD all the way through hood and support..You may have 6 spot bolted or wire on hood to hold hood down..
28.TEAM CARS MUST ALL BE SAME COLOR or willnt run.

29. A 2 min. restart rule..
30.All cars will be inspected before running!!
31.03 newer you may remov the alumimum engine cross member from the 03 newer and replace i with older ford engine cross member in stock location,one pass of weld,1/4 max,no added metal braces or gussests.T.S.P. decision is final..
32. 98 to 02s can change back control arms brackets only....
Entry is 375.00 per-team ,,,, 3-MAN Teams to make this happen by March 1,2012 ..Teams Entried by Feb 1st 300.00
33. You can run aftermarket or reinforced control a-arms..
Derby will be first weekend in May..2012
Pay-out with 10 Teams is 3000.00 to 1st place team..1800.00 for 2nd place team..1200.00 3rd place team for Feature ,, Guaranteed with 10 teams... ( will add more money with more teams )Under 8 Teams 2100.00 to 1st place Team 2nd place 1000.00 3rd place 700.00....
Truck 2-man Derby Mt Pleasant 2011 apply-2000.00 to win with 10 teams 1200.00 if under that..200.00 per-team by March 1,2012 after that 250.00 or 125.00 per -truck if u dont have team mate..
