On a side note, the poll that is up ends on Jan. 2nd for the payout. It looks like the new one is winning by a landslide! Make sure you vote and tell everyone to vote even if they are planning on not running.
Also I noticed it cut off my post on my link, heats will pay 50.00 bucks and a 3ft. trophy same as Hamilton County.

is there anyway to give a prize for the most retro-looking paint job. i was just looking thru wecrash and some of the older derby car pics that are posted on here. and i thought about how cool/funny some of the older days type photos looked with the painted tires and big goddy looking spray can paint jobs. i am sure most of the spectators (esp. kids) would like seeing that instead of 1 color paint jobs.
just a thought..

Could be something to think about. I have not started talking to business's yet. So I wouldn't rule it out.

i know its kind of a personal thought. and i know there might already be a best paint award. but i remember as a kid watching that it was fun just to see how the cars were painted back then. then that kind made a way to cheer for somebody i didnt know. and its just kind of a way to find some more fun in the sport

What if instead of painting mine, I just wrapped it in duct tape? Would that be illegal? I think it would look cool anyway.
