they didnt stick to there own rules there was not one car there of the 9 that was stock or to the rules but we all know build to the gray area's here is my question if the can pay 1200 to win for 5 stock cars and 200 to win for as they said pro mod class of 4 cars why cant they run them all for 1500 to win ?? paoli demo is a joke use to be one of the hardest hitting longest lasting high car turn out's now 9 cars total and they still pay the same thing today they did in 1980' seems funny to me back then we only payed 15 to enter a car too not the 40 they charge now ill be glad to see this track dry up and go away just like fredricksburg did keep dicking with the rules and pissing off the drivers and u will get no cars and tons of lawn mowers just like sat night please post accurate information if you're gonna post. the car i ran was stock. come have a look tonight. my phone number is at the bottom. |

nick your's was the most stock but what i said was none that i looked at was stock i didnt really look at yours but i did walk around and i eye balled all 9 cars i agree marks and chad's was weld'ed more then yours but nothing there i see was per the rules or what ben was looking for with the rules i just stated if they dont fix it and fast paoli will only be know for lawn mowers nick you have always been fair and reasonable if you dont care sure ill come over look at your car and im sure its as clost to the rules as u can build and still compete but did u see any aluminum cradles? or tilted fords? or whatts type rear eneds? yet the rules didnt say you could do ant of them things i seen rules 17,20,28,30 broken by most if not every car there and i didnt look at anything more then walking by im just saying junes demo usally has more cars then july because peple are saving fair cars for bedford salem and brownstown all 3 are know for good fair derby's and if paoli stay's its corse this will be the last year they run big car's there im not saying your car was all cheated up i agree with you it was probly the most stock car there and u did drive the wheels off of it but i bet the out come would of been diffrent if all 9 got to run at same time

Ill add to the car count next month and bring two stock cars thts been scoped and all and never had any problems getting in

I'd say next months Derby will have 4 to 6 cars and 25 mowers l
The place hasd become a joke
I had a flag on my car and the Fred Jones (who doesn't care for me) said park it next to mark I said can I cut or do anything to run was told no
I ask why and the answer I got from Fred the head inspector was I didn't hide a few things as well as the other cars that got in did
So as long as poop like that is going on up there it will be another joke Derby year at paoli
They need to get someone in there that's not got his head so far up his own butt that he can't see to take over
Then maybe with some luck it will go back to 30 or 40 cars every Derby
Until them I'm not going to waste my time going up there any more
July will be the first Derby iv missed at paoli either as a fan or a drive in 4 years
And after Saturdays cluster I'm sure I'm not the only one

after re reading the new rules ill be ther in july with my 66 imp top of frame seam welded and all my 6 3" patchs on the fram since its pre ran and hump plates sholud be a good easy walk in the park unless they change the rules agian before then

ok nick i will agree with you like i said you car did look the most stock of all there i guess i should of said the 8 othier cars wasnt stock but like i stated above they have took out the no imp's rule and any yr i think they have no idea what door they have left open nick i got no hard feelings toward you or anyone over there ivee ran aganst you several times and u was always fair and honest but i did hear someone over there sayin the lost angle iron from under there bumper and no it wasnt u or apple gate or walton and there was a car right by urs that had a bull dozer cutting edge as a gas tank protector running from door to door all the way across and rules stated 30" max i agree with all thats been said above there going down hill fast and if they dont fix at the next demo paoli will go down as being known for lawn mowers and i bet that dont pack the stands

I don't know why they say "stock derby rules" the stockest demo car i've ever seen was the time Johnny Knoxville rented that car and put it in a demo on Jackass...lol
