Ive got a guy trying to sell me a car with a lien on it.
its a payday loan deal place, its a real Wisco title and he HAS signed the back of it. (not dated)
Can I easily junk it in Wisco or ILL ( a dif state ) would one state be easier ?
I dont need to put it on the street so it doesnt need to be re- titled. ever
after demo can it be easily junked ?

Do you have the title? I don't know how you could if there is a lien on it. Unless the loan place is making loans and not keeping the titles, Not smart on their part.
I think you could junk it. Just not legally.

First how old is the car? Sencond I have in NY liens on title but cars were usually 95 or older.Kind of like whould would put collect on a lien of a car that old.But I was also told lien wasn't active.

I would scrap it but I wouldnt have put on the internet I was going too. I would buy it with no title and write up some kind of contract with the owner to save yourself just in case.
