just read the rules for this year for transfer and jamestown pa and I must admit I feel less intelligent from reading them. Last year a set of rules were sent in as request from the promotor and were printed at the end of the last season and alot of drivers had looked at them and added things they wanted and most were agreed on them and somehow i have read 3 sets of rules since then. well the so called "new" rules are finally out. I am not sure where to get them at or even the dates of the derby as the rules say none of this information lol. I know bill the promotor he is a friend and does a great job running the derby! However the fair board and the people they have organize the derby and rules are not in order at all. Their are too many people involved that have no knowledge of what they are looking at and the people writting the rules need to leave it to someone who knows what they are doin... when they decide the dates for the derbys i will post them
