The demos are Monday the 9th and Saturday the 14th. In my opinion the fairboard is paying out over $10,000 in purse at the county fair derbies that seems more than fair to me but I have the feeling if the car count comes up they will be willing to reward the drivers in the future Read more: we-crash.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=east&action=display&thread=9583&page=7#ixzz1khLsRH4ZHere is the proposed purse modified $1200-600-300-200-100 compacts/trucks $600-300-200-100 Rules at www.kingofthederbies.comsame rules as 2011 As far as our truck rules go you must attach the cab to the bed. Any bumpers allowed (if homemade must be covered with a bumper skin as to look like a bumper). No split rims. Any 1/2-3/4 ton truck/suburban/bronco if using a 4x4 front driveshaft must be removed. You can attach a cage to the frame in 4 spots from 5" behind firewall to 6" behind cab, gas tank protectors cannot attach to the frame nor extend more than 24" behind cab. There can be no kickers to the distributor protectors (dash bar must be 5" behind firewall). You are allowed 4 4"x6" patches to repair frame BENDS on PRE-RAN trucks these are the only frame welds allowed (bumpers/engine to frame/cage/patches). All other car safety rules apply. Thanks and if there are any questions please call (317)507-8858 Moss or (317)557-6221 Dunn

from Indian89.......There seems to be a misunderstanding about how to mount the bumper so to clarify If mounting shock to outside of frame bumper may only be welded to shock which may not travel past any natural curve of frame If shock is inside frame you may hardnose bumper We in no way will allow you to plate frame with shock If you have any questions please call with specifics

from Indian89.......NO BACK WINDOW BARS!!!!!!!!! Chain or wire is fine. Body mount bolts need only to go through top layer of frame. Please don't cover holes.
