track only just weld ur stock diff, if ur like me and run on the streets find a vlsd and shim it. zilvia and nicoclub forums both have info on how to shim the diff. also make sure you find a diff with the right ring/pinion setup.

mines a track car i jus drive it on the street sometimes but i got an open dif i can switch in an out i got preatty good at it jus put a one piece drive shaft in it

good moves so far. enjuku can help ya out with the ls1 conversion. one of my buddies roommates just got an ls1 dropped into their s14 and from the vids ive seen its pretty nasty for a track car
