ok so im rebuilding a sbc 400....everything will be stock besides cam....i will have 202 double hump heads with lunati racing springs, 2 bbl intake and 2 bbl carb....but i wanna put a bigger cam in it...any suggestions on a good cam to put in these? i was thinking about this one www.summitracing.com/parts/HRS-CL112431-06/ |

i am by no means an expert but have heard the lunati 60101 and the 60102 cams suggested a lot as well as Comp cam 268H. joker14 also mentioned the summit cam #SUM-1104 on the old wecrash. hope this helps

that cam would be fine for what you're using. i would personally go a size bigger... in the 460-470 lift range. keeping duration at 50 under 224.
