When you guys wedge or "v" the trunk what are you doing with the back part of the deck lid where the latch/key it. Are you cutting it off folding it over or what. I never wedged one yet just tucked it and that was pretty self explanatory. Thanks guys

Depending on what kind of deck lid it is sometimes I will fold it under. Some people form the trunk down the way they want it and cut the excess off the back when leaving the speaker deck in and not moving the deck lid forward. Doesnt matter a lot just use your best judgement on whatever you think it will take to get it down.

Thanks. Ya I'm gonna try and fold it under since I'm leaving the speaker deck in. I just want sure because when you look at some guys trunks they look completely flat from the deck lid to the part the lights go.

Imo I like taking the speaker deck out and sliding the trunk forward
