Troy is correct.GMwas covering those for awhile but your outta luck.$275.00 for exchange cluster and about 80- 100 for programming.good luck.any gm dealer should be able to do a sweep test on that unit and confirm.

I'm surprised your speedometer works. Most 03's are junk or broken regardless of the miles.

my local mechanic has a guy that rebuilds them for him. i have no idea where he ships them off to but when i see him next ill find out for ya.
im still having problems with getting a reduced engine failure when its cold out. ive replaced the intake, throttle body, re tighten the wires that are in the connector that connect to the throttle body. my mechanic and i are stumped on why we cant figure out why it happens. i just dont know what else to fix lol. gm cant give me a straight answer cause they dont know either lol.

"In my experience" reduced engine power is a heat sensor or connector problem. The ecm thinks the engine is hot and reduces power to save overheat damage. "Usually" turning the key off for a short time then restarting makes it go away. Of course that is a band-aid not a fix.
