First Off I normally run without a hood at all.
My question is How big of a hole should I cut for my 351w 4-1 headers 89 Crown Vic and what direction(s) to fold the metal over for strength.Front/back or sides etc for strength. Also what is the advantage to folding it over the core support?
Rules are Stoney Roberts. Thank you.

To cut the good out look at the under side of the good you will see a section that kinda looks like a big triangle. Start there that will give you room for your headers and air cleaner and still leave the braces in it.

Thanks. Seems to work good and doesn't rub headers or anything.

It took me a couple times cutting it out to get it right so mine wouldn't hit or rub anything LOL

Ya if you cut it like that you might have to cut into the brace a little bit depending on size of headers and stuff
