When running a big power engine do u need to run a big stall? I have a 500 horse motor and was told to run a 2500 rpm stall. Is this true? Thanks

Cam size dictates the stall speed. The bigger the cam the bigger the stall needed. In all truth there are a ton of variables that go into the convertor that is needed. For demo's a stall convertor is a BAD idea. It creates unwanted heat
