M.R.P. RULES & REGULATIONS

Base Rules:1: No drivers under the age of 14 unless given permission by parent or guardian.
Team Speak can be filled with adult language and adult humor.
2: All Cars must be set to the legal standards provided by the game. Mismatches due to file tweaking will result in a one time warning, then a suspension, followed by a banning.
3: Please take Event time serious. We have real awards for top points players.
DO NOT just play to ruin someones night, then leave the game.
4: When your car dies on the track,
DO NOT EXIT THE TRACK OR GAME! We try to make it as real as possible, and dead cars are part of the track & obstacles for remaining running cars to have to drive around.
Cars:1: Only use cars that have been built for the game. Any illegal modification's will be recognized by the gaming server and will automatically call a mismatch and toss you from the game! Be smart, do not tinker!!
2: Please understand,
ALL CARS USE THE SAME DAMAGE FILE! Everyone has their own preference, but the cars are the same.
3: Cheating, aka file tampering, will
NOT be tolerated! You will be permanently banned from servers!
4: Do not get discouraged if your car does not perform as well as others. The car
SET-UP is up to you to change. in severe cases we will provide a standard set-up just to get you started!
5: Personalized car skins can be created! Some players will make them for you, or you can learn how. We do ask, please make them all downloadable by using
mediafire.exe. This way everyone can see your skin in game.
Competition Rules:1: All drivers who show up on Scheduled Event Point Nights will be eligible for points.
2: You must run in a Heat or a Consi to Qualify for the
FEATURE.3: Heats will go to last 3 running. Those 3 will receive 1 Point! Those 3 will transfer to the
FEATURE!4: Top 5 from a
1 CONSI RACEwill transfer to the
FEATURE! Some cases we will run
2 CONSI'S and take
TOP 3 FROM EACH to help transfer more cars to the Feature!
5: **MAJOR NEW RULE** ALL CARS WHO QUALIFY FOR THE FEATURE MUST DRIVE THAT EXACT SAME CAR IN THE FEATURE. AFTER YOU QUALIFY THROUGH YOUR HEAT OR CONSI, DRIVE THE SAME CAR OFF THE TRACK AND SHUT IT OFF TO COOL IT DOWN. DO NOT HIT ESCAPE OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RUN!5: ALL FEATURE QUALIFIERS CAN SCORE POINTS!!! Top 5 in FEATURE will receive Points in this manner:
1st = 5, 2nd = 4, 3rd = 3, 4th = 2, 5th = 1. Also a
"Maddog" Point will be awarded to the driver who did NOT finish in the top 5 and ran his car the hardest!
6: "Maddog" will be determined on by
ALL players in a voting pole. Each pole begins after the end of each Event, and ends at the start of the next Event.
7: "SPECIAL EVENTS" will also take place throughout the season. These Events will sometimes be for points, for awards, or for fun.
8: All Events will be kept track of on the forums. Points per Event will be posted, as well as overall points.
9. If a vehicle gets pushed out of the track, you
MUST allow them back in. Those who continue to hit cars off the track and/or do not allow cars back in will be black flagged!
10. If you go over a wall, please enter back onto the track using the Entrance. However,
DO NOT COME BACK ONTO THE TRACK AT FULL SPEED. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED ON THE TRACK!11. ONLY THOSE WHO QUALIFY TO RUN THE FEATURE, WILL RUN THE FEATURE! Again, you must qualify through Heats and/or the Consi's.
12. Listen to all
"FLAGMEN or ADMIN" on decisions. If told to release a car or allow a car back in, do so. Those who do not listen to
FLAGMEN or ADMIN will get
BLACK FLAGGED!13. WHEN SEEN NOT HITTING, THE CLOCK/TIMER IS AT 1 MINUTE/60 SECONDS! You will be counted out!
Please note all rules are subject to change by discretion of the said Promoter. All decisions are FINAL!
