The scott county fair invites demo drivers from the area to the ok corral on hwy 169 south of jordan, on march 20 at 7pm to help design the 2012 DEMO DERBY AT THE SCOTT COUNTY FAIR. the date of this years derby is saturday july 28th.
The theme is back to the locals.
we heard the drivers say its time to make sure people with affordable cars can compete fairly against other cars in the same class. HELP US COME UP WITH THE HEATS YOU WANT TO RUN!
we heard drivers say its time to make sure everyone gets inspected and judged under fair rules. HELP US THINK THROUGH WHAT "FAIR" MEANS TO YOU!
we heard drivers say its time to have some fun again. HELP US COME UP WITH A FUN NIGHT NOBODY WILL WANT TO MISS!
we will appreciate help spreading the word to other people who have driven in derbys before, as well as people who are interested in driving for the first time. we will buy non-alcoholic beverages for people attend the meeting, but the cash bar will be open as well as the full menu.
