Hey guys. I have an allis chalmers t-811 vari shift that I believe to be around 1980. Ive ran it in two derbies so far and it seems to have held up well. I've changes some pullys on it and now I'm having clutch issues. It is way too tight if i change the belt one way but too lose if i go the other. I'm pretty inexperienced so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
