Dust
In dry crushing process, gypsum lock production line dust is inevitable, because fine powder is easy to fly from the feeding mouth, discharge port and fan seal. The solution is to adopt negative-pressure system and use crushing equipment and classifying equipment with good seals. If possible, install dust removal system in the workshop to keep clean.
Noise
All crushing equipment more or less has noise, which has become another environmental pollution. If necessary, such equipment should be placed in the isolated workshop. Besides, crushing equipment with low noise should be given priority when you are making a purchase choice.
