almost everytime in on here, at some point i'll scroll to the bottom of the main page and check out whos b-day, whos on-line at the moment, and how many users in the last 24 hours.
every single time, "guests" far out number the active members. its usually like 600 guests & 200 members.
i wish that would change. how can we change that?
i think alot of people are kind of standing out on the sidelines looking in......and not wanting to jump in here until the traffic increases.
am i right?

I think it has to do with alot of the build pages are missing pictures mostly all discussions. I'm not building anything atm so i can't take pictures and post them. Some of the pictures we do have are not very clear. Hopefully when ppl start building and adding pictures the site will grow. To some WE-Crash is still for them others are undecided. We need Pics and alot of more talk on here. Need more for sale adds ect. Plus we need a link with google so we can be found easier.

I am mostly just lurking on most of the derby sites since the death of wecrash. I don't like the new one and am looking for a new place to hang out. I do read some there but not happy with it. I mostly joined here for a certain topic and track down a member to try to make a deal on a car ;D So yea I have mostly been a GUEST, just hiding in the backgrounds. |

I like this site. It kept the same layout as the old wecrash and already has a LOT of members. Hope it continues to climb.

I like how guests aren't even allowed to view the site now. Sounds like a superficial way to "boost" member numbers to me. I guess guests just arent allowed.

I have serious doubts about that. I recall about two weeks ago trying to access this site and getting the same message that stated that you had to be a member in order access the site. So was there another spammer on the loose or was that a trial period to see how people would tolerate a forceful construct in order to increase your ticket sales, per say? Either way, more than likely they are one and the same and really make little difference in concerning the lively hood and public message of this site.

2 weeks ago, I was messing around with the settings to make it where guess couldn't post cause it looks like banned ppl the way the font is, Sorry i didnt want it to look like we banned 30 members... that was only up for 4 hours till i noticed that wasn't right sorry..and no noone is banned..
As of yesterday it will remain this way for now till the spammer who paid money for a server to just spam us sorry but that is just childish,No were not hungry for members just making it where the site can be accessed with no issues for the current users
How long did it take you to create an account 2 mins?not something to get in a fight over if your really dedicated to use the site

In my opinion this is the only format to use, they killed Wecrash with that new site. Takes forever for it to load on my phone. Oh well I'm here! I have been telling everyone to use this site, not the other one. Hopefully chatter will pick up on here soon.

You never really answered when it will go back. Right now a lot of people are just shopping around trying to figure out where they want to go. I think by making it mandatory to be a member will only turn some people away. Yes, it only takes a couple minutes to register but there are some people who are stubborn and want to know what they are signing up for. |
