you dont want to load too much into it if any, the bumper needs to take some of the impact before the frame starts to give at idler arm holes

yeah i agree with that but i would put something back there we had one this year we just welded 5 or 6 pieces of 1in c-channel inside one and heres what it looked like after  |

box ford to caddy, 74 pontiac to ford, make sure you flip it or plate it or itl go down, trust me i have one and it starting to go down after 3 runs
