We have tried every avenue to work with him possible.He is one of those folks that is more interested in causing trouble verses doing what he is supposed to do.In business sometimes you have a customer you just can not make happy.He is one of those folks.
There is all kinds of ways to approach a problem or a issue however the way he goes about it is not the correct way.
I do not let it bother me.Myself and others are to the point with him we are just tired of messing with him.
I am glad you all are coming I hope you enjoy the event. I will be glad to answer any questions or concerns you have.

First of mr. inspector the name calling is not need and just to clear something up my steering did not break cuz of welds when you dnt tun power steering on these fords the lil PLASTIC gears in the box tend to strip out and the splines ended up inside the sector. know wat your talking bout before you TRY to bash me. and if my stuff is shhitty. lets see here i took 4th last year due to a broke negitive end. and my bumper bent and turned in the welds didnt break it wase the frame beside it then the guy on the bobcat pulled it off for me.. you must not bemvery proff

Jason ive just tried to make a point bout they need to be spaced if not oh well i was still there last year right. ok... and its not very cool sombody getting on here and calling names dont look good if it is one of the inspectors for our derby not Professional at all. not once ive i said negitive things at a gaven person but that was uncalled for

Its just real simple . Everyone is going to foillow the rules. All people is going to be treated equal.It will be just like you paying your electric bill either builders are follow the guidelines or you will pay the price.
We already had this problem here " you give a inch and they take a mile" That is why no dp`s and so on are not being allowed.
A spacer or a dp is not a bad thing. The bad thing here is people will not stop at that we done tried it and it does not work.
I have the up most respect for those shows that allow those sort of things but here in Searcy AR. we have a select few that runs it for the rest. At some point you have to take the bull by the horns and be the bad guy and take control of the situation.

Put yourself in my shoes . I and a few others got out of a car to make a attempt to control a event we helped ruin to the most extreme.Keep in mind this is all volunteer from the start . We were handed a situation that was totally out of control that paid $600.00 to win. Built a new track , built a set of rules with attempt to get a 30 car derby under control. Since then I have been called everything under the son, busted people out for cheating , spent many afternoons in a lawyer office over the person that got disqualified trying to file suit on the White County Fair . I have been to trial over this event with the outcome of victory winning the case.And now to a 4 grand 1st place to win and maybe more.
I have worked too hard for drama to stand in my way. I do have the final say over the car end of this event. That was the agreement when I joined up with the fair board I feel like all listed above is a heck of step forward since we started on strictly a volunteer situation. I just wished you guys would step back look at the whole big picture before you go to raising cain. I take the brunt of this event on my own and with team effort from other officials look what we have now. In my eyes I see GOOD and IMPROVEMENT , that's just my opinion.
If I quit tomorrow you all know what will happen in September. I really don`t think deep down inside y'all want that to happen.
I am sorry some do not like the rules and I am sorry I have to be the bad guy but as long as I am involved that is how it is going to be. Somebody has to step up to the plate and be the one to put their foot down. I am done discussing this subject.

Jason thats all good ill b the first to say it but if ur inspectors are calling your drivers names thats not cool. how does that look toward him, you, and the derby with disrespectful people like that whoever his is othe best thing for him/her to be is stay away from a derby... you know wat ill do it even better if you say i build crap why dont you drag a car out of the field and come play with me i bet you wont
