Seems there are already a bunch of rumors going around about me running Baraboo. First of lets set things straight I have been here before. I use to promote Portage derbies in the 90's. I am still a active driver so I know whats going on. Second I know some of you drivers and i have had issues. I don't care if you are my bestfriend or my worst enemy. This isn't about us. This is about the people in the stands and keeping a good derby alive. When it comes to inspection I don't know you from Adam or Eve. Bring a legit car and we won't have any problem and we can give the crowd a show. All officials will be expecting each car not one or 2 people and we will be checking every nick and cranny. These rules give you a chance to have a competitive car and if you have a car left you can take it to almost any other Wisconsin derby.
Lets have fun and show Baraboo we can still give them a show and the fair board we can still make them money. While we do what we love.
